I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Deportivo Español by locals

Hi everybody, although all the name changes the club suffered thorough the 1990s, people in Argentina never stop referring to the club as Deportivo Español, or simply Español. So I've changed the part that said it was frequently called Social Español either.Ipsumesse (talk) 00:38, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

But, the name of the club is Club Deportivo Social Español, as Chivas Guadalajara is Club Deportivo Guadalajara, or the Atleti is Atletico Madrid or Club Atletico Madrid201.250.35.37 (talk) 20:15, 10 May 2011 (UTC)
