editI didi do one some time ago but it was deleted.
....."Work in Beirut: the only time Israel has appeared before an international tribunal." This title has to be changed. First of all, it was not a "tribunal" but an arbitration body. Second, Israel appeared in front of international tribunals in other cases. Third, this title has clear political incentive behind it, as if the reader should "appreciate" the fact that Israel was "finally" put on trial and Bowett was a part of that.
