Are you sure that railways is still reserved? My understanding was that Labour were making a big song and dance last year about railways being the first area of reserved power to be devolved since the Scotland Act. Eg, see the Transport Scotland article. --Mais oui! 10:06, 9 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
