The title should be diāng-biĕng-gù. It is a local Fuzhou food, so everybody calls it diāng-biĕng-gù (local Fuzhou pronunciation) and nobody pronounces it "ding bian hu" (the Standard Mandarin pronunciation). --Yejianfei (talk) 03:18, 12 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
