longest #1 spot
editThe information about Def Leppard is not accurate. They were knocked from the number one slot for one day by the song Girlschool by Britny Fox. Also, Home Sweet Home by Motley Crue was also retired for having a lock on the top spot as well.
The statement above about Home Sweet Home is true, however I don't know if the quantity of days at #1 is higher than the Def Leppard song. (not original article author, just commenting)Medleystudios72 (talk) 17:42, 25 August 2011 (UTC)
Pour Some Sugar on Me record
edit- This article says "Pour Some Sugar on Me" held the #1 spot for a record 86 days from June 17, 1988 to October 7, 1988.
- Pour Some Sugar on Me#Reception says the record was 85 days ending October 7, 1988.
- Def Leppard#Hysteria era (1984–1989) says it was 73 days from May 26, 1988 to September 5, 1988.
None of these claims are sourced. Which is right? Hoof Hearted (talk) 16:22, 21 April 2016 (UTC)
