This is the first revision of the Diesel Emissions Reductions Act article. After peer review, personal review, and additional research, I've found that the Criticism section of the article could be enriched by separating state and national opposition to DERA. I am in the process of researching Part H S.6275, proposed by the New York Senate to partially repeal DERA. I'm using my sandbox as a research scratch pad. The existing Criticism portion lacks integrity due to it being from a petition website (although the petition is closed), therefore blacklisted in Wikipedia as spam source. --User:Rakarirx
