The fact that this muscle is a joke...
editThere should be something on here that this muscle is a joke... because it is named "digastric" since it has 2 "bellies". So got 2 gastric cavities, hence di-gastric, or 2 bellies... Get it? - Most muscles are named after their appearance in latin, so this is not something that's new. In terms of etymology, it's stated in the first sentence: "The digastric muscle (also digastricus) (named digastric as it has two 'bellies')".
