editThe section describing the "reality" of admissibility rules and applications is not verifiable. The following statement is not neutral and has no citation: "The culture of 'avoiding risk at all cost' is what compels companies to print and archive thousands of documents every day." --Celiacunningham (talk) 12:54, 25 August 2016 (UTC)
Copyright problems?
editI am responding to your recent message about possible copyright violation. This article was written by myself and is an extract from a white paper, also written by myself, as CEO of Datafinity Ltd. Therefore the article and the white paper both belong to me and is NOT violating any copyrights. - An email is on record at Ticket:2014012910004673 confirming the above correspondent as a director of Datafinity Ltd. --Fæ (talk) 12:36, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
- I have annotated the Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2014 January 28 page to reflect that (per the above) a ticket has been received. It is now up to the copyright clerks (or somebody else with WP:OTRS access) to decide what to do next. Bwrs (talk) 22:38, 31 January 2014 (UTC)
As it has been pointed out that I have a conflict of interest, I recuse myself from any further discussion regarding whether the “digital mailroom” article is or is not a copyright violation. Thank you! Bwrs (talk) 13:42, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
