Candidates for speedy deletion patroller --- Rider ranger47, I declined your speedy deletion nomination of the article with no prejudice against its deletion through WP:AfD if its notability is in doubt because A3 does not applies to WP:STUB. The criterion only applies to Any article (other than disambiguation pages, redirects, or soft redirects to Wikimedia sister projects) consisting only of external links, category tags and "See also" sections or a rephrasing of the title.
