The primary sources tag
editI saw this article was recently tagged. I'm just curious what else needs to be referenced? There is already a link to a Post Standard article about the Norwalk virus. Darry2385 14:19, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

The NoroVirus Thing
edit- The Dino rewarded its patrons with some kind of special/gift certificates after the outbreak... should find a link pointing to that. I'll keep an eye out. LOVE THIS PLACE!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Moevillecitizen (talk • contribs) 21:28, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
- I have noted that the factual Norovirus section is repeatedly being deleted. I have tagged it for neutrality, if someone feels there is a better please apply it. However please do not delete the section until the dispute has been resolved. This event did happen, it did draw national media attention, including winding up on the front page of Yahoo. So I feel that a mention of it should be in this article. Lets discuss before just deleting without explanation. It is a factual event and therefore is not libel in any way. I feel that unwarranted deletion of this is censorship and a violation of the 1st amendment of the US constitution.--0pen$0urce (talk) 05:36, 21 June 2009 (UTC) Removing dispute tag and now further dispute seems to exist.--0pen$0urce (talk) 10:41, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
- Violation of the first amendment? Jeez. Dramatic much?129.139.1.68 (talk) 21:41, 3 March 2010 (UTC)
Tagged and not Discussed
editThe user who tagged it Kale Weathers, did not open a discussion on TAG. I added references and removed TAG. If someone feels TAG should be there lets discuss and resolved properly. --0pen$0urce (talk) 02:04, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
Troy Location
editIs the controversy over tax breaks and grants worth noting in the article? --Abc518 (talk) 22:07, 29 August 2009 (UTC) How controversial is the tax breaks? If there is a reliable third party source mention it.--0pen$0urce (talk) 14:15, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
NPOV Sorros Tagg
editThe origianl addition of the information and even current version raises NPOV concerns. I did check other edits by the IP provided and they appeared disruptive, for example editor listed Sorros as Owner of NPR which is clearly false. And made claims on the Minecraft page in reference to Hitler. This IP is originating from Albany, NY. Please discuss, I think the Sorros section is not neutral and does appear agenda driven.0pen$0urce (talk) 18:36, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Hurricane Irene
editThis seems completely unworthy of mention in the article. Listing dates in history when a business has been closed because of weather is the kind of minutiae that isn't worth mentioning, in my opinion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.47.196.185 (talk) 23:11, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
Project scope
editRe: this reversion, I respectfully disagree. This article is not about a company based in Syracuse, it's about a chain of restaurants with locations throughout the state. The business aspects may be relevant primarily to Syracuse, but the cultural aspects are relevant to the entire state, and belong in WikiProject New York. Powers T 03:06, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
- I stand by my earlier comments. I don't really see how "cultural aspects" come into play here; it's just a restaurant. It's also not exclusive to New York anymore - there are now locations in New Jersey and Connecticut. As such, this is just another business based in NY, and the only relevant project is the one that covers its headquarters. Otherwise, this falls within the scope of WPNJ, WPCT, and a handful of WPNY's subprojects, and that's a pretty big stretch to make. – TMF (talk) 12:38, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
- Well we even have a picture of the Rochester location! It's really weird to have a Rochester picture on an article that's only a member of WPSYR. Powers T 00:53, 15 November 2012 (UTC)
