As requested, I merged Environmental burden of disease into this article. Some of the suggestions for improvement at Talk:Environmental burden of disease are still relevant. -- Beland (talk) 19:01, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

Well actually, I dealt with the remaining formatting issues and tagged the article for most of the other issues. The only remaining concern from DGG is about using too many reports as references instead of books and articles. -- Beland (talk) 19:17, 16 September 2012 (UTC)

Potential merge of global burden of disease into this page

I oppose the merge. The page global burden of disease is currently mainly about the Global Burden of Disease Study, which merits its own page. Instead of a merge, I propose moving most of the content to Global Burden of Disease Study (it's currently a redirect, so getting rid of that) and then redirecting global burden of disease to disease burden (i.e. here). Since the information about the Global Burden of Disease Study is also rather outdated, I've begun working at User:Riceissa/Global Burden of Disease Study to keep the content up-to-date.
