recommend this as redirect to Postive displacement meter

My recommendation is to change this article to a redirect to Positive displacement meter which is basically the same thing, but the more common terminology in the meter industry, and a more developed page. Comments? Utilitysupplies (talk) 12:46, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
