Number of seasons

edit

Are there 6 or 7 seasons? The podcast episode names call the season on Lauryn Hill a "Mini-Season" and prefixes each episode with MS instead of S1, S2, etc. TipsyElephant (talk) 11:52, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Is it appropriate to have so many external links? I've been unsure what constitutes an external link. TipsyElephant (talk) 11:52, 28 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Theme music

edit

For each season there is a slightly different theme song. Each one is named "Theme from Dissect S1 by Birocratic", "Theme from Dissect S2 by Birocratic", etc. So is it appropriate to simply have "Theme from Dissect by Birocratic" in the infobox or should there be a list of the different songs? I'm proposing that the episodes be split into a separate article the same way that The Last Podcast on the Left has a separate article called List of The Last Podcast on the Left episodes. Right now the episode list takes up the majority of the page and although the word count might not be extremely large I think it's still too long (WP:SIZESPLIT) or if that's not a valid reason I'd say that the episodes constitute a different article because they are a slightly different subject (WP:CONTENTSPLIT). Either way it appears to be common practice to split episode lists into their own article once they've become lengthy (Lists of episodes). TipsyElephant (talk) 02:45, 5 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

After some discussion at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Podcasting#Lists_of_Episodes a few other editors and myself have come to the consensus that collapsible tables are preferred alternatives to splitting tables into separate articles, but that pre-collapsing tables is deprecated and should be avoided. I'm closing this discussion as Not Split. TipsyElephant (talk) 14:35, 3 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
