I am quick failing this article, as it does not meet the GA Criteria, and it can not be easily and quickly raised to the standards required there. Some things that I found from a read of the article:
Quick, choppy sentences, sometimes no paragraphs and occasional Wikipedia:Proseline
Obviously still valid [citation needed] templates.
