Somebody added some false information like how the issa clan made a deal with the french to kick out certain other clans like issaq and gadabursi no evidence to prove this. The person who added that information had the intention to slander the issa clan of djibouti Jean753 (talk) 12:30, 6 November 2023 (UTC)

On the Image in the Foreign Military Presence section it says "American soldiers in the Grand Bara desert, 2017" but these are American Marines not soldiers which is a term specific to the Army. Streetshoota2004 (talk) 04:02, 18 July 2024 (UTC)
- Partly done: The image description actually says this training included the Air Force, Army, and Marine Corps, so it's not completely clear which branch the people pictured are in. So, I've updated the caption in the article to say
"service members"
instead of "soldiers". Bsoyka (t • c • g) 04:05, 19 July 2024 (UTC)
Add the word dictatorship
editThe infobox describes it as a dictatorship but the Politics section doesn’t use that word in the text at all. I believe the word should be included also in the Politics section. 2A02:14F:1F1:D8E8:64E8:EF5:6643:D18B (talk) 18:43, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
Remove italics?
editI am suggesting that the italics be removed in this sentence: “This officially marked the establishment of the Republic of Djibouti, named after its capital city.” Satchel Kay (talk) 11:51, 20 August 2024 (UTC)
