editThis article doesn't actually say if the vehicle has or had been greenlighted for production or if it just didn't make the final cut. How did it fare after it's 1997 appearance? Chicobo329 01:12, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
- It does mention that the name controversy is the most likely reason it never went to production... but I doubt that would be a credible reason considering how praised it was. --Cirilobeto 19:52, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
Two questions
edit1) Does anyone know (or care to add) what platform the car was based on (obviously for 30K it wasn't a unique platform)? 2) Does anyone have any articles/sources as to why the car was red-lighted (I don't really believe the name-issue speculation)? Thanks -- BMan1113VR 22:31, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
Answerer
editIt was probably based on the same platform as the Viper. Here. Compare the difference.
Negative
editI think not for the first question you asked.
Fair use rationale for Image:DodgeCopperhead.jpg
editImage:DodgeCopperhead.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Referenced
editHi all, I have referenced this article from sources online (and have removed the unreferenced tag). However I must say that at the start of the second section it was saying that car was made public in 1998, but all research tells me at a motor show in Detroit in 1997, I have changed the date to comply with what I found, however if there is any issue (or if I am just downright wrong) please let me know. Kindest regards, (MrNiceGuy1113 (talk) 07:23, 30 November 2012 (UTC))
