Per edit log.... "Dragkiller", the Diplomat is certainly not a Pony Car, please stop adding that link to the Diplomat's class. From the Pony Car page's first paragraph, this is obvious. It was not "launched and inspired by the (1964) Ford Mustang", the Diplomat was based on the Dodge Aspen (from 1977) which was based on the Plymouth Valiant (from 1960, before the Mustang). It was certainly not a "highly styled car", nor did it have a "sporty or performance-oriented image". Thanks. Fjbfour (talk) 19:47, 10 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
