Merger proposal

It seems like most, if not all of this information could be presented in the Dog bite article. PearlSt82 (talk) 19:47, 25 April 2017 (UTC)

Some of this content certainly could be added to Dog bite but not all of it is worth keeping. I don't think this current article is encyclopaedic. It reads like a public information leaflet and the majority of the content is unsourced. Naturenet | Talk 07:35, 27 April 2017 (UTC)

Allow me time to add more content and references. I will edit to eliminate the tone to be less like a leaflet. Dog bites cause more fatalities than lightening There are about 20 more references to add to this article. BTW, I typically create an article and continue to improve it over the course of a week or two. Sometimes it is disheartening to have an article moved or deleted before it is finished.

WIkipedia is not advice

I'm concerned that this article is still not encyclopaedic. There is a lot of advice and possibly some original research here. At present the article does not comply with WP:NOTADVICE as it includes a lot of instruction and guidance on how to avoid dog bites. This could be removed, making the article considerably shorter and more suitable for Wikipedia. I'll do this in a while if nobody objects. Naturenet | Talk 11:01, 27 June 2017 (UTC)

Rewrite done. This article has little now to set it apart from the [Dog bite] page, so I would support a proposal for merger if anybody wants to have a go. Naturenet | Talk 22:28, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
