Birth of Miguel de Cervantes
editAccording to the Miguel de Cervantes article, he was baptized on 9 October 1547 and born on 29 September. I think there may have been a misunderstanding in this article. --NortyNort (Holla) 10:46, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
- There is no real misunderstanding. I also noticed this discrepancy, and that is why I mentioned in the article that the birth date given is the one mentioned by the composer on the dedication page of the score. The composer probably got it wrong, or maybe that was the date that was accepted at the time this opera was written. Unfortunately, I do not have access to a reliable printed source to check this.
