I doubt I will be able to improve his article beyond B class, because while I can fill out the other sections which have not already been, the second I only have the outline for, more quotations to add, including the King's letter to mention, but lack the background in the rebellion and Confederate Wars to go on at length. Also some of the sources which would be helpful I do not have. So I can put his article in the 80+% range with the sources and background I have, but not beyond for a long while, or perhaps ever, depending on where I go in life.
