This article gives a good overview of the system, a bit of the history in its planning and how it is expected to open. Some areas for improvement include:
There are no references listed. External links are not the same as References because there is nothing to tell the reader that they were actually used and without the date the links were accessed, there is no way of knowing which version of the extrnal page was used as a reference. Are there any newspaper references that could be cited for this article's information?
There is discussion about financial troubles, but nothing to say what is the cause of the troubles. Are these financial problems related to other political forces or are they restricted to the metro itself?
The route map showing all three lines is good, but as someone who has yet to travel outside of the western hemisphere, I don't have a good frame of reference for how the planned lines interrelate with the city's population centers.
The image and station list placement squeezes the text into a very narrow column between them. I'm tempted to float the station list to the right with the images, but there's got to be a better way to display this information.
Thanks for leaving the assessement comments! Answers: the bottom two external links were used as references, I'll fix this right now; I don't know for sure what were the financial problems, probably for the transportation section of Donetsk city; the map, I didn't draw but I can try to fix it up, possibly overlap from another map?; and about the fourth comment- I don' t know, I have a widescreen and it looks fine for me.
