All three of your citiation requests can be found in Stephen Cox's book "The Beverly Hillbillies" as well as many newspaper and magazine articles on Donna Douglas.

Unspecified source for Image:Ahillbilly.jpg

I found Image:Ahillbilly.jpg and noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. Someone will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If it was obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. Donna and Elvis

Rumor has it that Donna and Elvis were a brief item during the making of Frankie and Johnny. I heard an interview with Nancy Kulp on The Howard Stern Show. She would only say that Donna became very fond of Elvis and had a tough time after the movie finished filming. Donna Douglas lives in Baker, Louisiana, not Missouri

Died on Thursday, January 1, 2015 according to USA Today (http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/tv/2015/01/02/beverly-hillbillies-star-donna-douglas-dies-at-81/21195559/).   Also, several articles say she was 82. That's not possible. 2015 (death) minus 1933 (birth) is 82... however, her birthday for this year wouldn't be until September, which made her 81. — Comment added by Terryalan (talk • contribs) 03:55, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

We're using a template that automatically calculates the age at death. I think this qualifies as WP:CALC if we have good sources for the birth and death dates, even if our sources bungle the same calculation, especially since MediaWiki is doing our calculation. Exact birth date?

The sources given in the article support that she was born "in September 1932", but the only mention of September 26th is the date when The Beverly Hillbillies premiered. Did the show actually premiere on her birthday, or is this another bit of confusion? Do any reliable sources mention this at all? The mention of 26 September 1933 goes all the way back to the original revision of the article, and wasn't cited then. A quick check of the article history doesn't turn up any revisions where it seems to have ever been cited. Pathore (talk) 21:19, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

From what I can see, the news outlets are only reporting what others are reporting. The NYT obituary that is actually written and not just copied and paraphrased by news sources seems to be the most credible source so far. All I will add is that her niece Charlene Smith has been quoted as firmly saying that "She was 82," and that "She's going to haunt me for that." see USA Today–Kiwipat (talk) 00:34, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

As I had mentioned in the section above, we have a source that says she "turned 81 in September" of 2013, but doesn't explicitly mention the year in its own text and we had erroneously listed that source as from 2014. A simple calculation from that gives us a birth date in September 1932, which the NYT obituary also supports. I wonder how many sources got 1933 from Wikipedia? I don't get the confusion. If her date of birth was known and referenced for many years as September 26, and it was the year that was hazy, why should that change the date? This reflink appears to confirm September 26, 1932, anyway, as does this one. Her family would know best, time to accept 9/26/1932 and move on. Quis separabit? 16:52, 23 January 2015 (UTC)

The confusion is due to having never had a reliable source for the 26th of September. We have at least two reliable sources for September 1932, but I have yet to see a reliable source for her birthday being the 26th. The Beverly Hillbillies premiered on 26 September 1962. The coincidence is something I would expect a reliable biography of Douglas to have mentioned. I'm really asking for a citation to such a source. That said, I will accept an image of her permanent tombstone, preferably uploaded to Commons, as settling the matter. Both of the sites you mention appear to contain user-generated content, which means that we cannot use them as reliable sources. Wikipedia has no deadline, so waiting for the tombstone to be placed should not be a problem. Pathore (talk) 02:10, 24 January 2015 (UTC)

At the time of the edit request, no such image was available. Also, note that the information given in the edit request turned out to be wrong. Further, while an image of her grave marker may be useful, Find A Grave, is, in general, a site hosting user-generated content, which we can not, in general, use as a reliable source. Birthdate confirmed

A picture of Ms. Douglas' gravestone has been uploaded at findagrave.com and it confirms her birthdate as Sept. 26, 1932.[6] We should be able to update the article now -- unless, of course, a picture of her actual grave site is not considered a reliable source for some nonsensical reason, in which case feel free to ignore both this post and the obvious. :) (No, but seriously, add the date.) --ThylekShran (talk) 05:47, 25 October 2015 (UTC)
