In the Texas Birth Index, 1903-1997 - a John Dee Faircloth was born to Albina Mary Cernach [sic - should be "Cernoch') and the father's name is given as Eston E. Faircloth.
John Dee Faircloth was born 6 February 1936. This would of course explain his stage name use of "Johnny Faire" later.
Previously, Albina had been married a decade earlier in January 7, 1923 to a Raymond Cross ... but that does not explain the "Abonosh" last name reference]
