Hi Compassionate727, I've removed the notability tag and replaced it with a sourcing tag. I've found enough sourcing to show that Moreno is notable - the article pretty much just needed more sourcing and it can definitely stand to be further expanded. For disclosure's sake I'm the content expert who worked with the student who created the article, but I wouldn't have removed it unless I thought that notability wasn't an issue. Thanks for searching for the sources. In light of what you added, I'll actually remove the refimprove tag, too.
