I think this article is something as a mess, since it's trying to cover two things - the traditional and historic designation of "Downtown" neighborhoods of New Orleans, and the legal entity the "Downtown Development District". Geographically and historically there is little overlap. I suggest a "Downtown Development District (New Orleans)" article be spun off. -- Infrogmation (talk) 01:41, 24 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
