Text and/or other creative content from Climate of the Drôme department was copied or moved into Drôme on July 12, 2016. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

Each external article currently feels very orphan-like. And the parent article here has no summary in the sections where they might go.
It seems to me that the merge is necessary unless the parent article is fleshed out in the putative receiving sections to contain the usual précis of the source sections and the source sections are made to be proper freestanding articles.
