This is false
editThere is no dracula "simia". The real monkey orchid is the Orchis simia, an entirely different genus. This entry contributes to the perpetration of this falsehood. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.117.142.195 (talk) 13:02, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
- Please see Monkey Orchid; there are several plants that share this Common name, and as with all such names, they are all equally valid. Sminthopsis84 (talk) 15:09, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
Speedy deletion tag removed
editThis page briefly showed a speedy deletion tag, which was then changed to a Hoax tag with an edit from the same anonymous IP address. It is not clear why either tag was added. I've since added further citations to the article. Sminthopsis84 (talk) 15:10, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
