I remember reading somewhere that the Pirate ship level in the Amiga game "Dragon's Lair 3: The Curse of Mordread" was a reconstruction of a scrapped level from DL2. Apparently, the reason being that the model ship used for rotoscoping was lost during Bluth Animation's disagreement with Cinematronics in 1983. Can anyone confirm this?
No idea about the reason, but in the final sequence of the game when Dirk is emptying his backpack, you can see the skull & crossbones flag.
