What the carp is wrong with it? It currently reads:

This is utterly incomprehensible to me, and the linebreaks are not carrying over in formatting from the editing page to the article itself, so any sense of flow within the specifications it looks to be attempting to provide is completely lost. It may be that I just don't understand, but this really doesn't seem to belong, especially in its current state.
