What does "multi-heritage" mean in this context? MFlet1 22:50, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

I suppose it is PC for mixed background (European, Asian, ...). Why can't this one liner article not be merged with either Banbury or some new article Education in Banbury, as per WP:LOCAL? Fram 05:55, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
