I must tell the reason why I removed all interwiki links from this article. I found that they were copied from Pharmaceutical drug as I compared the links between "Pharmaceutical drug" and "Drug coupon": Look into my sandbox page. Left side were links from "Pharmaceutical drug"; Right side were links from "Drug coupon". And then I found that no interwiki link particularly belonged to this article. A section or addition to the article on who exactly pays the difference or who takes the loss?

so I've read an article elsewhere and then came to this Wikipedia article and unless I'm not reading something correctly, it doesn't seem too apparent in this article in terms of explaining who pays or how is the reduction in cost made? In other words, is the insurance company actually paying more so that you can have a lower co-pay? Or, is the manufacturer of the drug just accepting less money for their product delivered to the pharmacy? That's how I think most manufacturer coupons work. Thank you.
