Ethics
edit- (1) To what extent does the issue of "dual loyalty" bear, even to the slightest extent, upon the provision that lies within most of the medical profession's codes of ethics; namely, that an individual should never attempt treat a member of his/her own family?
- (2) To what extent does the issue of "dual loyalty" bear, even to the slightest extent, upon the question (for the medical professionals tending both the mother and the child) of whether a husband should be present at the birth of his child?
- (3) To what extent does the issue of "dual loyalty" bear, even to the slightest extent, upon the circumstances in which a parent brings a child to a medical professional for "treatment", and the question of whomsoever it might be that is, in fact, the professional's actual "client", the parent or the child? 129.94.78.159 (talk) 23:39, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
