Is there a reliable source which says that this was dumping? Certainly some politicians would have said it was dumping, but that doesn't mean we have to. Also, I'm concerned that a large influx of cheap steel was great news for consumers of steel, who far outnumbered producers of steel; so any source which simply frames the influx as a Bad Thing for the "steel industry" may be misleading us. bobrayner (talk) 10:27, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
