Outfield Dimensions

edit

Are there any documentations of outfield dimensions of Dunkn' Donuts Park?--BigMac1212 (talk) 21:16, 17 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Capacity and record attendance figures

edit

Regarding this change:

  • I have edited the lead to remove the conflicting capacity claims of "6,056-seat baseball park" and "The stadium has a sellout capacity of 6,850 which was reached numerous times during it's inaugural season of 2017." If there are really two different figures, I doubt that it's a matter that belongs in the lead.
  • I have added Template:Citation needed for seating_capacity because there's no source for it.
  • I have added Template:Dubious for record_attendance because the source does not say that it was a record.

  • The two are not conflicting - there are standing room only areas as well. Smartyllama (talk) 17:02, 21 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
    • Additionally, it's not uncommon for teams to have a paid attendance greater than their seating capacity. They have ways of fitting extra people in there, ranging from standing room to cramming more people into general admission bleachers than they're officially designed for, to overselling knowing some people who paid for tickets won't show up and will still be counted in paid attendance, which is the figure normally provided. And I'm sure there are other tactics they're not telling us too - most sources explaining these just quote team executives saying "we have our ways" without really explaining what those ways are. 19 months on, the citation for 6,850 still doesn't support that as the capacity or as a record; just the attendance for one game. -- Pemilligan (talk) 17:10, 3 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

"Refimprove" template

edit

Per the template's documentation, it should be used only for articles having insufficient inline citations to support the material. The article currently has 32 which, by comparison with other Minor League stadium articles, appears to be adequate for its size. I recommend this template be replaced by {{Refimprove section}}, if there is a particular section that needs more citations, or {{Citation needed}}, after any specific items that need to be sourced. If neither of those cases apply, then I recommend it be removed. However, I am not feeling particularly bold to remove it myself! Waz8:T-C-E 18:31, 26 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Daybeers: You added the template on 15 April 2019 when there were 28 references. What was your intention? -- Pemilligan (talk) 01:13, 27 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
Removed -- but hardly an act of boldness! Waz8:T-C-E 02:44, 30 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
