Thanks for taking a look at this page. I'm contesting the A7 ("no credible claim of significance") tag for a few reasons:

  • Scope of A7: Per A7, this criterion applies only to articles about people, animals, organizations, web content, or events and "does not apply to ... software." This page is about a free/open-source app, not a company, so A7 is inapplicable.
  • Credible claims are present: The article also includes a credible claim of significance (coverage and description of the app's viral uptake), which independently defeats A7.
  • Better venues if notability is in doubt: If editors still believe the topic doesn't satisfy WP:N or WP:NSOFT, the appropriate next steps are WP:PROD or WP:AFD, rather than A7.
