Mainly English, I think, but with a fair amount of French/Latin content. I admit that ky for "eat" looks more like Māori (and other Polynesian) kai than anything else I can think of. Koro Neil (talk) 03:49, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

This looks strikingly similar to the shorthand correspondence course offered in magazines in the 1950s, 60s and 70s, to wit: "f u cn rd ths u cn bcm a sec & gt a gd jb". Is it, or was that something else? --Bluejay Young (talk) 21:06, 7 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
