Maxim in title case?
editThe maxim about English laws being the birthright of the English—I don't think that should be written in title case (i.e., each word capitalized), but in sentence case, as I have done here.
Unless multiple secondary sources use title case, it doesn't follow MOS:CAPS. If the primary source from the 17th century uses title case (or its equivalent), then perhaps it should be in quotation marks to make that clear, but otherwise I think it should be written in sentence case.
