Dear administrators, I need more time to improve on the article about eHelp Corporation. It is not a promotional material, and I am not an employee of eHelp. eHelp Corporation is a company that has been bought over by Macromedia. I happened to write about eHelp in one of my research papers, and feel that the information will be beneficial to Wikipedia readers who would want to know mora bout the history of help authoring tools. I am new to Wikipedia and I may not have written previous articles in the desired format. I believe that has led to my name being tagged as a spammer. The "speedy deletions" are disheartening because it takes time to write and contribute articles. I wish to receive guidance & tips on writing Wiki articles. I would also appreaciate it if otehr users out there can help me improve this article. Thank you.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Charmainechen (talk • contribs)
- It looks like the reason the text comes off as promotional is due to it being copied and pasted from press releases, including [1] [2] and [3]. Using such material is a copyright violation. --skew-t (talk) 02:56, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
