I've just discovered this article after spending a bit of time today discussing matters relating to super-injunctions and unwarranted censorship of Wikipedia. See my comments at Talk:ETK and Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#Super-injunctions_and_unnecessary_censorship_of_Wikipedia (that one will probably disappear into the archive soon enough, but it's the thread beginning 18:52, 23 April 2011 (UTC) for those who want to find it. Basically I don't think the super-injunction is a good reason to keep ETK's name out of this article: Wikipedia is hosted in Florida. I'll let more experienced editors thrash out the WP:BLP issues or whatever it is that might apply with this particular injunction, that's not my concern here.
