Definition?
editI wonder, is the word ear used for all types of seedheads? Especially I'm interested in its possible use for those types of millet, sorghum, oat etc that does not have a raceme with flowers tightly fit together. In my native Swedish we differ between ax and vippa. Oat has a vippa. Many TIA.--Paracel63 (talk) 14:20, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
