Incredible Whitewash
editThe authors of the original piece must be retired Stasi, given the perfunctory coverage of the organized doping. Any Olympian who engaged in (knowingly or not) such drug use today would be stripped of their medals and banned from the sport. It is amazing that the article attempts to justify the records by pointing out that the drugs were not the only component of success. The drugs are a disqualifying component of the success, and no post hoc analysis of competitors' origins can excuse that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.169.71.227 (talk) 05:03, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
Over-sourcing
