This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... it does not promote one single entity for the purposes of profit or personal gain. Rather, this page intends to promote and generate notability for a non-profit organization that seeks only to improve the quality of life for the citizens of a region. The page seeks to promote the East Valley (another page I am currently working on) and every industry and entity it represents, which, in turn, is exactly what the aim or the East Valley Partnership is. --Jfornara (talk) 18:19, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
