Gwyn Jones in History of the Vikings claims that the Eastern Settlement was abandoned about 1500, which is much later than the date given here. Drutt (talk) 10:33, 3 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

UNESCO

The UNESCO World heritage site of Kujataa Greenland forms a large part of the Eastern Settlement. Should be mentioned in the article somewhere. RhinoMind (talk) 23:32, 27 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
