Title
editI've no objection to combining the subjects, but the current title needs changing. Who would ever search for this? I would suggest Eastgate, Chester (currently the page is not listed at the large Eastgate disam page) with Eastgate clock remaining as a redirect (no cap., just as it should be, but one with the cap could be added).
