I'm about done
editHopefully a student or alum can add some more content, but I personally am done with the article.Vulture19 (talk) 02:59, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
Repeated removal of photo
editUser:John from Idegon has removed File:EastridgeLancersFaceOff.jpg four times now.
- First with the comment "Completely non-illustrative of any content in the article and a totally crap photo"
- Second with the comment "Oh, ffs". Note the definition of "ffs".
- Third with the comment "Among other things, you are warring over content that does NOT even display. that's WP:OWN if i ever saw it. arbitrary means without reason. the fact that you disagree with my reasons does not m"
- Fourth with the comment "there is no content whatsoever in athletics in this article. Unambiguously per Image policy, that photo does not belong." Note that "Image policy" is not Wikipedia's image policy, it's a WikiProject-specific guideline (specifically #9 from WP:WPSCH/AG#GT) maintained by WP:WikiProject Schools.
Anyone else care to weigh in on this issue? Is a photo of a Lancers game "irrelevant" because this article doesn't yet cover Eastridge athletics? Should a photo of a Lancers game be censored from the article solely because a single WikiProject member objects? Perhaps WP:WikiProject Western New York members can weigh in with their views as their template appears on this talk page as well. -- DanielPenfield (talk) 12:37, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
