The Lawrells

It is clear enough that James Lawrell senior resided at Eastwick by the 1790s.[1] Since there was a sale in 1801 we'd assume he had a lease. He died in 1799 (reference given). The sale was completed in 1801, when James Lawrell junior was not yet quite 21.
