I seek input whether it would be desirable to merge Bald Point Site into this page. I would be fine with maintaining separate articles, though both are currently quite short and a longer, more comprehensive page is probably more ideal at this stage. It was noted previously by Hydronium Hydroxide (talk · contribs) that Bald Point Site could perhaps be incorporated into an article for the state park. If more content about either is added they could always be split back into separate pages in the future. Mdewman6 (talk) 03:23, 11 September 2020 (UTC)

I don't recall, but would still support a merge to consolidate notable/noteworthy parts of ESP within this article (WP:NOPAGE until WP:SPINOUT) particularly given the size of both articles and the potential for contextualisation with the indiginous history of the area outside of the single site. Note that the National Register of Historic Places has more than a million properties and 80000+ individual entries, so it's not clear indication of notability. Free Willy

There is no evidence that any of Free Willy was filmed in the park. A verifiable reference must be added to that effect. Even if true, it is not true that "much of the film" was filmed in the park and thus should not be included in the first sentence, but instead specified later in the paragraph, clearly indicating what parts of the film were filmed in the park. But the Oregon Film Trail site makes no mention of it, nor does the the WP article for the film. Mdewman6 (talk) 19:53, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
