"USD" is not a valid unit for historical GDP per capita
editIt says "GDP per capita of the North and South Vietnam (unit: USD)" and then lists historical numbers. These numbers are useless unless we know what year the USD corresponds to. The source listed there is a little hard to comb through, but clearly those numbers are neither modern USD nor USD from that era. Somewhere in between.
