I came here from the Katherine Harris link. All of this rv'ing is getting a bit silly, isn't it? Seems there are two competing versions.

The current rev as of 0000Z 2 may:

Ed Rollins is an experienced Republican campaign consultant and advisor. He has worked on a number of high profile campaigns. Until early 2006, he worked for U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris's U.S. Senate campaign. He resigned after having advised her to pull out of the race, along with many other of her senior advisers.

And the previous:

Ed Rollins is an experienced Republican campaign consultant and advisor. He has worked on a number of high profile campaigns. He recently he worked for U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris's U.S. Senate campaign, qutting in early 2006.

Any chance this can be talked out before someone winds up in 3RR jail? I remain perpetually optimistic, but probably not objective enough to do more than make this statement and flee...--Flawiki 00:05, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

OK, I'm a wikiholic and can't flee. Concerning the first (current rev), does everyone agree that the controversy arises out of one or more of the following:
  1. Rollins and many other Harris sr. advisors advised the candidate to pull out
  2. Rollins and many other sr. advisors resigned from the campaign because the pull out didn't happen
  3. Rollins' reason(s) for leaving the campaign, even if verifiable, aren't notable, relevant, or both
If there's consenus on #1 and/or #2 as underlying problems, would a start be to cite sources for one or both assertions? --Flawiki 14:29, 2 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

The Wikipedia page looks like it was written by Rollins himself. Content needs to be sourced to reliable secondary sources. Snooganssnoogans (talk) 04:10, 5 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
