Hi! I have reviewed this article. These are my initial thoughts..
Is it well written? The article is mostly well written in simple and clear English (good job by the way!). Some of the grammar could be improved.
Is it verifiable with no original research?
- Unfortunately, source number 8 links to a Spanish encyclopedia (editable by public) and this is not a reliable source.
- Ecured isn't publicly editable, it just uses the same format as wiki. Also, it's all got its own references listed at the bottom - the relevant ones of these (aviation website and filmography) are .ve and so they can't always be used in Wikipedia citations. - Sources 4, 5, 6, 9 are links to blogs. I don't think these count as reliable sources.
- Sources 10, 14, 15 don't work or go to the right place.
Is it broad in its coverage? For someone who has lots of achievements (bringing the first automobile to Venezuela; engineering Venezuela's first aeroplane flight, etc), there doesn't seem to be broad coverage. I understand that it doesn't need to be a long biography, but each section is quite short. I think it will be useful for readers to know more about his work - he has a big list of works (unless there is no information in books or on the web, then fair enough). The infobox states he is a "pioneer in many industries". That is a vague statement!
Overall, I think each section needs to be beefed up with more information about his work. If he is a pioneer, I would expect a bit more information. More reliable sources are also needed. At this stage, I don't think this qualifies as a Good Article. Sorry.
- Thanks for the review; there is actually quite little information on him that's publicly available. He was mostly forgotten until the '90s, and the documentary made about him was never given a VHR or DVD release, so it's even harder to find a good source. I'll see what I can do. I see, thanks for letting me know. For now, I will mark this as failed GA. Lizzy (talk · contribs) 22:51, 29 October 2019 (UTC)
